The east parking structure at the Skirball Cultural Center provides parking for more than 500 cars on the east side of Sepulveda Blvd. The structure is designed to follow the contours of the existing slope, stepping down the hill to maximize efficiency and maintain a low profile. With setback retaining walls, the below grade portions of the structure are naturally ventilated and lit.

Our staff provided project and construction management services, including construction estimating, project budget development and maintenance, design management and coordination, permit expediting, schedule development and maintenance and construction administration.
